KYC / Account verification

KYC verification is a crucial part of completing your account signup process.


     There are 6 steps to complete KYC with Unocoin.

  1. Email Address Verification: Verify your email by entering the OTP sent to your email address.

  2. Selfie/ID Proof: Capture and upload a clear selfie.

  3. PAN Validation: Enter your name and PAN number as per your PAN card, then verify through Digilocker.

    • Note: Minor PAN cards are not accepted. Users must be at least 18 years old to open a Unocoin account.

  4. Address Proof Validation: Choose one of the following methods to validate your address:

    • E-Aadhaar Verification (eKYC): Verify your Aadhaar through Digilocker by entering your Aadhaar number, Captcha, and submit the OTP.
    • Driver’s License (DL): Upload the front and back sides of your Driver’s License as proof of address.

  5. Bank Validation: Enter your account details, including account number, IFSC code, bank name, and the name as per the bank document. If opening a personal account, enter your savings account details. Upload a bank statement or a canceled cheque image to validate your bank account.


   6. Submit your personal information.





The profile status will be in pending post submission of all the documents and details required.

The concerned team will check the documents and the updated details. If the details are valid and correct, the profile will be verified.

If the details are invalid and incorrect, the particular document will be partially rejected. You would have to re-upload the document and update the details.
