Can I deposit INR from a different person's bank account?
No, Kindly deposit from the registered bank account only.
In case deposited from a different person's account it will not be processed.
However, we provide 2 options incase you have done the deposit:
1. Open an Unocoin account in the depositor’s name. Once the account is verified, place the deposit order and update the reference number. Then money will be added to the Depositor's INR wallet.
2. If you do not wish to open an Unocoin account then send a scanned copy of PAN, Aadhaar and Bank document of the depositor to support@unocoin.com from the user’s registered mail-id.
After the necessary documents are submitted, money will be refunded to the Depositor’s bank account within 7 working days.
