How to change the registered email address?
To change the registered email address you can raise a request as follows.
1. Raise the request from the website/application
- Login to your Unocoin account using the registered phone number
- Click on My profile, click on Change Email ID and enter the new email ID.
- Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number / Enter the 2FA security code if 2FA is enabled.
- Verify the email ID by entering the OTP sent to the new email ID.

2. If you are unable to login to the Unocoin account, you can call our support number at 07788978910 and place a request to change the email address
