The total size of the documents you are trying to upload may be more. Please reduce the size of your each document to 100KB.
Files should be in jpeg/jpg/png formats. Clear the browser cookies and cache and try to upload it again.
Maybe you have already registered/verified with an identical KYC.
If you are still facing the issue kindly write us at support@unocoin.com with the error screenshot.
