NEFT/RTGS/IMPS deposit is not updated in INR wallet
If you have already deposited the amount to our bank account and if the INR is still not credited to your Unocoin wallet,
1. Check if the amount and reference number updated correctly
2. Is the amount deposited from the registered bank account ?
3. If there is delay in the receipt of amount to our bank account, (IMPS/UPI due to bank issue) it will be processed only after amount is received to our account
4. Our processing hours are between 9.30 AM and 8.00 PM (Mon - Sun).
