Instant Deposit amount not credited to wallet

If a transaction is done through an instant deposit option and the amount is debited from your account but not credited to your Unocoin INR wallet, please wait for 2-3 hrs for the amount to be credited.


If the amount is still not credited to the wallet, it will be automatically reversed to your bank account.

If the amount is not reversed, kindly write to us at  support@unocoin.com  along with the proof of the amount debited. Our team will validate the same and trigger the reversal of your funds.
