What is the collateral amount?

To obtain a loan equal to x USDT, Unocoin obtains collateral in bitcoin whose total value is greater than x. The value of bitcoin at the time of collateralization is called collateral amount (y).

In this example you can see the loan amount of 2000 USDT at conversation rate and the collateral amount will be in BTC which means you need to keep sufficient BTC balance in the wallet for collateral.
