Where do we find the reference number of fund transfer?

Where do we find the reference number of fund transfer?

If transferred through IMPS / UPI, the reference number is RRN or External Reference number which is 12 digit long.

 

If transferred through NEFT / RTGS, the reference number is called UTR NUMBER which generally starts from your bank code. If you cannot identify the UTR number,  provide all reference numbers which you see along with the narration as per your bank statement or you can check the SMS received from your bank after transfer is done.

If the reference number entered by you is not as per our requirement, then we have no way of identifying your payment in our bank account statement and we won’t be able to process your deposit order till we have the correct reference number information.
